I design, lead, and build complex digital products.

Consulted on a desktop product before transitioning to Director, Product Design and Acting Head of Product Design.

De-risked multiple launches, created an account platform, and designed mission-critical surfaces that processed over $500M.

Coordinated existing designers, championed cross-functional teams, and improved product hygiene.

Aiming to destroy the monopoly on music preferences, listening habits, and culture-building.

Designed the product end to end, including its invite-only launch and eventual expansion to iOS, where it won App of the Day.

4,500 initial registrations; 2,000 alpha/beta users; 50% user growth within 30 days of launch; 10,000 reviews during beta.

    Disco.xyz

    2022-2023

    Disco.xyz case study cover

Reshaped a broad consumer identity product into focused B2B credentialing infrastructure.

Led product design, managed research, and directed front-end engineering while replacing brittle third-party storage with organisation- and API-backed issuance.

Credential issuance doubled within four months; following the architecture and API migration, issuance increased 10.6× across equal comparison windows.

Engaged to lead design systems, then expanded the mandate into information architecture, content modelling, visual direction, and delivery.

Reframed ethereum.org around users, developers, and businesses, with GitHub/MDX components built for a global contributor community.

The model endured after my engagement: 30 languages, 467 volunteers, 52 groups, and 10× growth in translated-content pageviews during 2020.

    Mamo

    2018-2020

    Mamo case study cover

Explored what a payments product designed around life in the UAE—not imported assumptions—would need to become.

Turned field research in Nepal and Lebanon into product strategy and interaction design for a new iOS and Android experience.

Helped shape the product from zero to one at ConsenSys; it later spun out as Mamo, and I returned as the team approached public launch.

    Zeroheight

    2017

Helped Zeroheight respond when Sketch began absorbing the file-synchronisation proposition on which the company had been built.

Worked directly with the founders to pivot towards design-system documentation, shaping product direction, architecture, and interactions.

The resulting model reached thousands of teams and remains recognisable in the product nine years later.
