Case Study

Ethereum Foundation

Redefined ethereum.org as global educational and community infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem.

2019-2020

Engaged to redefine ethereum.org's purpose: from a foundation-facing brochure into a global educational and community infrastructure layer.

Built a modular contribution framework. A design system simple enough that anyone could contribute through GitHub without breaking the site, structured enough to hold up across hundreds of pages and 50+ languages.

Set the long-term direction now underpinning the public-facing experience, handling millions of monthly users and thousands of volunteer translators.

Redesigned ethereum.org to be a user-facing education portal, with a clear contribution framework enabled by a clearly documented design system. This helped to prevent design and content drift, and paved the way for effective localisation in many languages.
