Directed product design through a sensitive GTM phase at a high-scale crypto infrastructure company.

2025-2026

Initially contracted as Product Design and Strategy consultant from August 2025 to October 2025.

Directed Product Design through a sensitive GTM phase at a $2bn market-cap company. Drove a shift from marketing and fundraising oriented to product oriented.

Grew the design team's capabilities: coaching designers on craft, establishing PRD standards with wireframes and pre-qualified decisions, and informing the product formation process company-wide. Clearly articulated separation of ambitious product surfaces to mitigate risk.

Shaped design with particular focus on sybil resistance and identity verification. The first processed $1.39bn in user deposits, 27.8x oversubscribed. The second processed $500m.

Built time-sensitive surfaces in tandem with engineering, such as a live status of a stress test processing millions of transactions.

Guided the wider functions on typical process in a multi-product organisation: how design and engineering collaborate closely, how teams co-ordinate responses to learnings, feedback, and requests, and where the seams between surfaces sit.

Guided the creation of MOSS, an embedded wallet. Leveraged prior domain knowledge, and walked the wider design team through the engineering and design tradeoffs that come with a limited form factor: what to defer, what to decide up front, what to pre-qualify.
